The Vocational Train the Trainers course (VTT) is a comprehensive package that provides facilitation, training, and adult learning skills. The course equips trainers with the necessary knowledge and expertise to transfer their skills to colleagues, creating a positive ripple effect of growth and development within their organisations.

The VTT is competency-based, ensuring that learners have the necessary skills, behaviours, and attitudes to design, deliver and evaluate training programs effectively. It includes a series of interactive learning loops allowing learners to strengthen their knowledge and skills through practice and direct feedback.

What will you learn?

This blended course enables learners to apply adult learning principles in the design and delivery of learner-centred training courses. Specifically, it provides trainers with experiential learning opportunities across three elements:

  • the principles and processes for designing a well-structured and professional training program.
  • the selection and implementation of appropriate inclusive delivery methods.
  • effective evaluation techniques, including feedback from students, trainers and peers.

Main features

This course is designed for completion within a 50-hour timeframe, 12 online and 38 face-to-face. It is available in Arabic, English, French, Portoguese and Spanish

This online experience integrates various learning formats, encompassing videos, quizzes, and supplemented with background reading and thought-provoking questions to facilitate self-reflection on your learning journey.
