Description
Due to the absence of policies and measures in Palestine, the institutional capacities including with respect to areas related to borders (e.g. border management, human rights, visas and document security) are weak. In this context, the Palestinian Academy for Security Sciences (PASS) requested support from MIEUX to strengthen its institutional capacities and knowledge related to migration management, in particular in the areas of borders,
human rights and travel documents.
This Action resulted in the development of a curriculum as part of the PASS's training programme as well as exchange of practical examples related to security, migration and border management.
